If you have not yet finalized your plans for the Lobor Day Weekend...don't worry there is a lot to do across the Land of Enchantment.  Are you into boating, Camping, Water Skiing, Fishing, Mountain Climbing, Visiting monuments, this is the time of the year to spend sometime outdoors.  For those who are living in the Metro Areas I would suggest a road trip.

For this Labor Day Weekend my recommended destination of choice is Elephant Butte.  There is so much to do there; and yes thousands of people will be there having a good time.  Just a few reminders as you enjoy the weekend:

1.  Do not forget your Sunscreen (USE IT)

2.  If you plan to consume alcohol, be responsible.  The DUI Laws apply when you are boating.

3.  Always wear your Life Vest when you are on the lake

4.  Do not over exert yourself.

5.  Be Courteous to everyone...

HAVE A GREAT LABOR DAY WEEKEND

Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico are among the most stable real estate markets in the United States. This has caught the attention of the national media. As such, it is incumbent on local Realtors to provide information about our cities for those interested in investing, relocating, or visiting. My goal with this blog is to highlight issues or topics in real estate, and where appropriate apply them to the local markets.
