Lancaster's WGAL Channel 8 is reporting that a Federal judge is telling home owners and their mortgage companies to work together in the Pesonal Financial Managment mess. From the web site:

PHILADELPHIA -- Wednesday morning a federal judge in Philadelphia threw out a ruling that had temporarily protected homeowners who had been affected by the sudden closure of Personal Financial Management, a local mortgage company.

The judge then directed attorneys representing homeowners and the mortgage companies to come up with an agreement that can be overseen by the federal court.

For more on the story, see WGAL report at: http://www.wgal.com/money/14413799/detail.html.

This is effecting homeowners in Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, Chester, Dauphin, and York counties.
