Karen, I love this post... reminds me that sometimes you are the windshield and sometimes you are the "bug"
Karen-OK, all things considered, it is better to be a realtor than a fire hydrant. Happy Labor Day.
Karen - That's what happens when you feed your dog spicy Mexican food :-)
Dick and Dixie Pleased I could do that
Dorie Thank you - may the weekend be safe for you as well
Terri I'll bet it hopes so :)
Melville On;y if you are a fire hydrant
Chris i ;pve your comment, LAO
Wayne Happy Labor Day to you A WELL
John OK, I'll post a sign on the hydrant :)
Karen, that hydrant needs a good painting...just like grass needs watering :-)
Rebecca It also needs fewer dogs
Karen,
The engineering side of our company actually installed a fire hydrant some years ago. However, no dogs were allowed, at the time.
Best,
Steve
Karen, I remember when I lived in Virginia Beach, the fire hydrants were painted to look like dogs. I miss that. They were a delight to see how different each one could be.
Karen, well sometimes I do feel just like that fire hydrant...hope there wasn't any specific event that prompted this post.
Steve They shouldn't be now, either :)
Kay They must have discontinued it - we've never seen them
Nick Not at all - the idea was Arthur's humorous suggestion :)
Karen this was really cute. I am here imagining all the abuse the fire hydrant had to put up with over the years.
Have a great week.
Jennifer This fire hydrant has been in place about 20 years
