There are 224 condominiums for sale (does not include deed restricted properties). The average price is $399,994, the price range is from $78,000 - $1,695,000, and the average days on market is 203.

There are 31 commercial properties for sale. The average price is $605,686, the price range is from $11,995 - $3,900,000, and the average days on market is 359.

Bill, I just love your location.  Do you see the market fluctuate depending on the season? Are more people buying vacation homes again?

HI Anja,

Yes, the Eastern Sierra is amazing and with Fall colors, coming soon, it only gets better!

Yes, the market does fluctuate with different seasons. Our slow, or shoulder seasons, are the Fall and Spring. Winter and Summer are busy with each season bringing over 1 million visitors to town.

In terms of activity levels, the number of transactions is down versus 2005-2006. With all the national economic uncertainty, stricter lending standards and high statewide unemployment, you don't have the well of prospects to work with like in previous days.

If you ever travel to the East Side consider me a local resource!

Bill, I will.  My daughter was just their in June/July for a modeling job for the winter catalogue.  Didn't know the ski slopes were still open! It is a beautiful area.  I will consider you a local resource and referral as well.
