Pinehurst Culinary ShowcaseEvery year Pinehurst area residents and guests get to enjoy the Culinary Showcase which is a friendly competition between local restaurants for a variety of awards including the People's Choice award voted on by the attendees. There are several other awards given that are voted on by Professional chef's and local dignitaries.

In addition to getting to taste a wide variety of foods - there will also be wine tastings from 25 vineyards. This is the first year that the Culinary Showcase has been at the Carolina Hotel in Pinehurst and also the first year it has coincided with the Annual Wine and Food Festival.

Don't miss this Sunday's event offered by the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. It is $50 per person and tickets can be gotten directly from the Chamber at 910-692-3926 | The Culinary Showcase at the Carolina Hotel in Pinehurst this Sunday 9/4/11.
