Hello Anne,

Sounds like a great place to live. I have a question though, what are the fees of the HOA?

Buyers will have to take this into account when buying a home there.

Best, Clint Mckie

This sounds like a really lovely area.  Great localism post!  Hope you sell many homes in there.

Clint: The monthly fee for Sutphin Pines is $275. And you are right, it does affect buying power. The Board has worked hard in the last couple of years. All exterior maintenance is handled, except for decks and exterior doors, including garage doors. The community covers the painting, not repairs or replacement.

Neat place to hang your hat, call home. Are the leaves really off the trees in your area now though?
