If you look closely at the data there is little difference in the Orange County and the Los Angeles County average days on the market.  Now look a Riverside County especially in homes above $700,000 it take over (on average) 287 days to sell a home.

If you have a luxury home in Riverside county it is going to take a long time to sell and there will be a lot of price reductions.
