There were 3 less homes sold in Delray Beach this month than last month; however, the overall median price shows a decline. IMO, we are in a price-driven market in Delray Beach. The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants. It does not include private sales or mobile homes.
