As your day goes on, do just a little bit more than you think you can do and that one extra thing will create benefits over long run.
When tomorrow comes, do a little more than you thought you could do push a little harder and work a little longer.
In time you form the habit of putting forth the extra effort, and accomplishing a little more as a result of your extra effort.
