Looks like it's going to be a wonderful event. I wish I could come and try to win that $15,000. :-) Have a great time and Happy Labor Day!
B&L It seems there is never a dull moment in your neck of the woods and this sounds like yet another fun event! Hope you're having a great Labor Day!
I agree with Kristine...so much to see and do in your area BLiz. The St. Susanna Family Festival is another wonderful local event in Mason OH.
Liz & Bill,
Sounds like a nother great local event. The food is always my favorite plus you see so many people. Great way to network and have fun at same time.
WOW - the fun never stops! I wish you had not used that picture - now I am here at 8:00 AM thinking I need to get a great hot dog and a beer. Enjoy the holiday!
Bliz...
Your posts are a fine representation of things to see and do in your area. It's a great testament to your community!
Melissa, I think you might have plenty of competition for that raffle prize!
Kristine, We always knew there was alot happening, but blogging has really brought a lot more to our attention :)
Anita, Our area makes it easy to advocate for it! :)
Mary, True, you never know who you'll meet at one of these festivals!
Barbara, Oops, too early in the morning for that combo!
Richard, Thanks! It's a win-win, the more appealing our area, the more people want to live here, the better property values for all of us :)
BLIZ- that did it. I'm leaving work early and going to get hot dogs for the grill. I might even buy beer.
Tammy, Good thing for your budget we didn't post a nice porterhouse steak in the picture! :)
Bliz, Food is food & it all goes with a cold beer. Thanks for the latest installment of what;s great about Warren County Ohio:)
Steve, Plenty more installments to follow, and a fair number will have food involved some way or another....we all gotta eat :)
It's been years since I've been to a church festival, but growing up, three were a "must" every year. Our parish, my Grandparents parish and the one in Little Italy! This sounds like great fun BLiz.
Roger, Hmmm, that Little Italy sounds like a don't miss festival! We attended one about 3-4 years ago, quite the crowd there!
You really do these local events proud, Bill. St. Susanna Family Festival sounds like another great event.
Jane, You know our philosophy, make every one like it might be the ONLY one the reader will see and form their opinion of us :) And when it's time for next year's festival, we'll be ready to update and send it back out too :)
Now you have me thinking hot dogs, dressed up and seasoned. For breakfast. YIKES. Great local splash to make your viewership, surfer hungry to know more about your zip code happenings.
Andy, It's lunch time SOMEWHERE! I used to work third shift years ago and I'd have been quite happy to have gotten a good hot dog or burger after working all night :) Bill
I love these local festivals and would attend if we lived closer. Sounds tasty and lots of fun.
Toni, There's a bunch of these Catholic church parish festivals in our area every year, and you KNOW they're looked forward to! :)
Mmmmm, making me hungry too! I'm driving over to Tammy's for hot dogs and beer!
