Bensalem   Township, Bucks County, Real Estate Market report August 2011.

I looked up the mls for Residential listings that sold in August 2011. This is what I found:

There were 23 homes that sold in August 2011.

The average original price of these homes was $246,265

The average last list price of these was $231,459

The average sale price was $223,222

Highest sale price was $570,000

Lowest sale price was $110,600

The average  number of days the homes were marketed was 111

The above does not include commercial, multi units and sale by owner and homes not listed.It is subject to errors and omissions.

Gita Good to see 23 homes sold in Bensalem. Based on the average sale price most of these sales were in the 200's.
