I looked up the mls for Residential listings that sold in August 2011. This is what I found:

There were 14 homes that sold in August 2011.

The average original price of these homes was $319,943

The average last list price of these was $310,086

The average sale price was $298,529

Highest sale price was $494,000

Lowest sale price was $140,000

The average  number of days the homes were marketed was 127

The above does not include commercial, multi units and sale by owner and homes not listed.It is subject to errors and omissions.
