As a Realtor in today's market we see many different characteristics when it comes to our clients buying homes.

We are seeing a lot of people taking precautions. Which they should due to the fact that there were many consumers hit with unpractical lending practices in the past.

 However, I am seeing a slight increase in people looking for homes in Lake County. Now it's not like 2003 when people were buying homes left and right. But I do see a positive outlook in todays market.

I sat up the other night as I could not sleep. As most Realtors do, I live and sleep Real-Estate. Its my passion I love what I do and I am always trying to come up with something new and creative. But midnight came around and as I watched Donald Trump (which is one of my biggest motivators) on CNBC he had nothing but positive things to say about buying in todays market no matter what location your in. He simply explained that there is no time like the present to purchase real-estate. There are plenty of opportunities in todays market if buyers are ready and willing to take a bite out of it.

 I wish I could of been there to shake his hand and I wish I could of called all the local news stations and asked them to take a moment to look at such an innovative extraordinary man that knows what he's talking about when it comes to real-estate and to focus on the positiveness on todays market and not the negative.

I am a strong believer that if we think positive and place ourself in positive situations that good things will only happen to us.
