Kim & Kristine - This property is in Watrous, off of Country Road 97 in San Miguel County, approximately 80 miles from Santa Fe and 20 miles from the city of Las Vegas (NM). Let me know in advance when you will be in Santa Fe. Our market appears to have hit bottom in the first quarter of this year. Given the interest rates and our endless blue skies and clear air, our housing market including interet in land is very busy with buyers seeking to still take advantage of our more affordable prices. I looking forward to talking with you soon.
