The National Capital Area is one of the most popular summertime vacation destinations in the country. Living in its' shadow enables us to visit more frequently than most Americans.

However, like most of you we spend the majority of our leisure time seeking out recreational opportunities close to home. That is where Prince William County really shines. As a developing area we have a blend of the historic, natural and state-of-the art faclities.

We spent the summer enjoying Prince William with camcorder in hand and hope you will enjoy our "video collage" that captures many of the relaxing opportunities in the county.

We also have fantastic residential subdivisions - the profiles we developed include videos, information on commuting, schools, shopping, recreation and homes currently for sale on a real time basis. Eagles Pointe, Winding Creek , Wellington, River Falls, Saratoga Hunt, Potomac Club, Lake Ridge, Westridge, Old Bridge Estates, Brittany, Montclair, Ashland, Lake Terrapin, and Meadowbrook Woods

Prince William County - wonderful playground and area to call home. If you agree we are ready to represent you.

Hi Karen, what a great video!  And I can't tell you, how many times I have actually heard that piece the "Blaskapelle" was playing.  My father loved that type of music. You really are an expert in making these area videos, I know they take time and a lot of work to put together this nicely!

Really wonderful stuff, Karen!  I'm having a really difficult time wrapping my arms around the idea that summer is all but over.  It went far too quickly this year.

Karen-That was a very nicely done activity video and you just scratched the surface of the things that can  be done in your area. Twenty one miles of bike riding trails sounds like a real treat, especially if there are no cars on the trails.

Myrl  The older we get the faster they go :)  You think they would slow down like we do.

Wayne  The roads, not the trails, have cars, but the speed limit in the national park is strictly observed - at least in this one.  You are right - we only scratched the surface

Hi Karen!  Well, not only are we both REALTORS® and Rotarians but, your Potomac Nationals play our Charlotte Knights in minor league baseball!  LOVE your video and your voice is just sooo soothing!  GREAT JOB!  There's certainly plenty of fun for everyone in Prince William County.

Enjoy your weekend!
