Benicia School's are some of the best schools in California! 

Given that my child just started kindergarten, I find that I have a renewed interest in the quality of the public schools in Benicia, California.  I had always heard that Benicia has great schools that rank highly in the State.  But, I decided to check this out for myself.  Following are some great links that I found:

Schools are an important consideration for families moving and deciding which town or school district to settle in.  From reading through information on the links above, it's clear that Benicia is certainly a town to consider of moving to this region.  As an Owner of Delgado Property Management, I have seen many folks relocate to Benicia from Texas, Hawaii, Colorado and Arizona to name just a few.  Most are relocating for a new job opportunity here in the San Francisco Bay Area.  With so many communities to choose from, it speaks well of Benicia that so many folks consider our town.

You are right about Benicia having great schools and atmosphere.  The Real Estate values have sufferered less in this area than many of the surrounding communities due to the schools and limited available housing.

Benicia is a beautiful area of California - too far from The Bay Area to get the fog and not too close to Sacramento to get the heat....JUST RIGHT!

Benecia schools sound like a major draw for relocating families.  I don't have kids, but I see it in my own market.  School districts are very important.
