My Outside ActiveRain Blog "San Diego Voice For Real Estate" is a Google Favorite made all the better with a short little You Tube Video provided by Goggle to enhance my presence on the Internet. On the first page are 3 references to the strength and power of the ActiveRain network.

I tried Bing.com and typed in William Johnson San Diego Real Estate and after the 2 paid ads, I dominate the whole page except for one reference to another person of the same name on Linked In . There was even a reference to a comment I made on Bill Gassett's ActiveRain Blog. I subscribe to Bill and this last entry was a reference to a comment I made on his blog post.

Building an maintaining an Internet presence is made all the easier for those of us fortunate enough to be associated with ActiveRain. Besides all the great training, friendships and sharing, your commitment to being an active blogger on ActiveRain will come back to you as a real benefit in the form of an even stronger online presence.

William,

Extremely impressive SEO results and congrats as I know it is deserved. I personally have so many different benefits to being an AR regular. Most of these I would never have imagined only a few short months ago. What  I find so intriguing is that the virtual friends I am making here are for the most part much better friends and colleagues than the ones I have in person.

Good blog and congrats one again as that is so impressive..

Thank you for commenting on my blog about autism. Autism is a disorder we know so little about and is growing affliction throughout our population. It scares me to think about all of us trying to care for these poor souls that were born with this disorder.

Hi Sharon Lee, Just for my name associated to real estate. There sure are a lot of us with the same name, LOL. I sure wish I was number one for all the right real estate search terms but organically at least, I am making progress slow but sure. I was fascinated how many of my photos are indexed and how some of the best ones are not as yet.

YES, but YOU are the NAME and the VOICE of San Diego.  That makes you a cut above the rest. You just happen to have a common last name but there is NOTHING common about YOU or your excellence in customer service and everything you do.  You are thee BEST

William  You do know I agree with you.  The Real Estate Text Book is a very effective site - I only wish it was mine  :)

William - Every thing that you do, and on every journey that you embark, your methodical efforts are first class.  I'm convinced you would be a great success, even if you fell butt naked off a ship in the middle of nowhere. . .BUT it helps to have a special presence on the internet:-)

Hi Sharon, wow that is some comment. I sure hope I can live up To those marvelous words. I have always been committed to trying. I read this at a clients home and was almost embarrassed to show it to them. :-)

Hi Karen, It is sort of an unusual looking site. I do know that it needs to be re-done to be as effective as it should be. I am looking at a new and creative IDX site that I an considering for replacement and that would make it a lot more fun to use.

I never really think much about my outside blog - I guess I should be paying more attention to it.  I have another outside blog through the real estate tomato.   That is actually my primary blog.

Hi Myrl, Quite a visual there! That might be true if I didn't become shark food first. If I did find land, I could sell ocean front lots. Now talk about affordable. I would re-invent affordable housing right on the ocean. I am visualizing something like Belize here, LOL.

Hi Kay, That is very true. I doubt there is any real estate blogging network out there that could profess the results that ActiveRain gets.

Belize has a nice ring to it!  But I don't want anything to do with Aruba. . .Folks keep disappearing there, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with sharks, except for those sharks dwelling on land:-(

Hi Myrl, I hadn't heard that. Doesn't sound any place I'd like to visit anytime soon. But Belze would be fun to retire to one day and hang out at the beach. Then I could learn underwater phtography and swim with the fishes, LOL.  I don't expect to retire nor swim with the fishes any time soon.
