I use the Google desktop as my default internet "homepage" whenever I open my internet every daily. The Google desktop can be customized how you want it, from news, sports, email accts, etc.
I learned a new feature today, it's free. If you utilize the Google desktop like I do, this is a new "Google gadget" that may benefit some fellow Realtors. If you add the link below to your customized Google desktop, you get a daily Real Estate Question of the day. It's generic, not state specific, but a good way to maintain and actively keep up on your Real Estate knowledge. The question is multiple choice and provides the answer with a full explanation after you respond. Thought this might be of interest to some of you.
If you use Google Desktop, just select the "Add content" section at the top left corner, then under the "Create a Section" area add the below link.
