This is such a beautiful setting for a dream home, and if you are a golfer you couldn't ask for more,

Thesa, what beautiful scenery. Are there requirements to build by a certain date when you buy a lot in Caldera Springs? There were a few places in central FL that were giving new buyers 5 years tops. They want to make sure the place is built up by then.

Drove by it yesterday. I concur with Thesa... it's an extreemly desireable area and location. Would love to get some clients pointed in that direction.

Jennifer - it is a great place for family - there is a pool, bike paths, walking paths and golf and it is located across from Crosswater and Sunriver - it is a dream resort with Paulina and Bachelor views.

is that a golf course I see??? haha....I like golf ;-) however, the next house we buy will be around the $300k range...I'm not so sure we could afford to buy a lot for that much and then build on it! not quite yet...soon enough. :-)
