That is a lot of inventory. The graph looks like some areas here in San Diego. They are some really bad statistics. Let's hope for a better 2008.

Would you say it's the "hottest" area/zip when it comes to new builds? It sure is growing fast in that area-I've done a few closings for condos in the area and every time I drive up that way, there is more ground-breaking for shopping/retail stores. This city is spreading out!
