That is a lot of inventory. The graph looks like some areas here in San Diego. They are some really bad statistics. Let's hope for a better 2008.

Mike-i really think 2008 will be much better. This does show at least that we do have a lot of great homes available for buyers and some really good prices right now

thanks for the stats - we have been wondering how different areas of Tampa have been doing -

Its going slow, but still going. I think the stats will be bette this month, seems to be more activity than prior months. How is it where your at?

Would you say it's the "hottest" area/zip when it comes to new builds? It sure is growing fast in that area-I've done a few closings for condos in the area and every time I drive up that way, there is more ground-breaking for shopping/retail stores. This city is spreading out!
