Wow, what a great question, I have been going back and forth on this, I know an agent I Spokane WA that does use flyers all the time simple one one picture 4 sentences and phone number she get 50% of here buyers from this.... Oh yeah she does 250 deals per year!!!! I also know one that has 800 number only and he generates 50# of his buyers from that he also does about 160 deals a year!!! You need to test your market and see what works for you......

I mix it up and use flyers on some (Limited information) and some have a 1-800 with call capture. Both actually really get me pretty good amount of leads, no 160, but a few.
