Again with the Zillow thing!

The Zillow site just came up online (it's 2:45am EST) and it is VERY easy to use.

Almost fool-proof (but I won't say that).

Now, I wonder how much it costs to advertise there :)

Whatever it is, I'm sure the rates will be going up in few hours. :)

Christopher, they actually have a new post that says we can advertise listings there for free. Did you ever think in your wildest dreams the rates would go down???

I recently blogged on my directory blog about Zillow's new listing service. It's free, but is this a good thing or a bad thing?
