Addison Texas Market Report: August 2010 vs August 2011.
Single family homes are selling well in Addison. Although down in dollar volume from a year ago, the median sales price is up.
There are very few Addison homes in the under $150,000 range (with the exception of condos, and they are not included in the information below).
Last year's tax credit skewed that data up to this point, but we are beginning to see a truer picture. Positive influencers for this year's numbers include the low, low, low interest rates, local jobs creation, and a healthy regional economy. Negatives include high unemployment and a low consumer confidence.
