Regrets... we have a few or tons of it. Sometimes, as humans, we can't stop from retrospecting and ask what we could have done differently so that we would not be sulking in the couch, gnawing at nails with anxiety and self-pity. What if we did otherwise. There are countless of "what ifs" but the fact remains that what transpired is past and can't be undone. And crying over spilled milk is like living in the shadows of remnants worth burying in a bottomless pit.
I plead guilty to this act until I come across one of Tod Duncan's moving and inspiring words.
