Donna - That's an excellent idea. Home inspections are so crucial, and you're making getting one a no-brainer.

Donna-This is a fabulous idea. I love the idea "at closing". Keeps it all safe. Where did you get your darling graphics?

Julie: Thank you for your comment. My broker offers one year home warranty but I thought buyers might like a free home inspection. We'll see. I'm not sure where I got the graphics. I googled for free clip art and somehow found this goofy little guy!
