"The Project" is complete - home is renovated, staged. Today - 1st day on Market & OPEN HOUSE!

I've been blogging about our "Flip" house my father purchased and we've been coordinating renovations and furnishing.  Not "staging" - furnishing.  All the furniture & decor is new, so we can offer it as a turn-key Vacation Home with the furniture available by separate bill of sale.

We wrapped up the final touches yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the final outcome!  Here are some "Before" and "After" photos:

Front Elevation - the yard was entirely neglected; drip system was repaired, overgrown tree and lantanas trimmed; dead tree to left (not shown) replaced; new flowering plants installed and extra granite stones added to "refresh" the landscaping.

Living Room - our "orange and yellow" paint is history!  New 2" blinds instead of the verticals; we banished the outdoor ceiling fan and put coordinating oil-rubbed bronze ones in all 4 bedrooms and the Living Room.  New carpet & pad, too!

Kitchen - IT'S NO LONGER ORANGE!!! YAY!!!  Tile has been cleaned & sealed; everything was deep, deep cleaned and detailed!

Master Retreat - Mismatched fan is gone; look, I even turned the lights on when I photographed it!  ;)
No longer stark white, the soft neutral tan is much more calming of a tone.  That's a King bed (from our private furniture line, AZTuscanFurniture.com) and there's still PLENTY of room for a reading area...the room is massive!
