So here's the scoop on the million dollar home market around Chino Hills for the month of August 2011 ...There were nine new active homes for sale priced at $1,000,000 and up that came on the market in August. The average listing price was   $2,115,075. The least expensive million dollar home was priced at $1,290,000. The average days on market for the Chino Hills Million Dollar Homes were 24 days in the month of August 2011. The most expensive priced million dollar home was priced at $5,998,000.  The month of August showed no pending million dollar sales and no closed million dollar sales.

It takes a while to sell the high-end so hopefully a few of those get a buyer in the coming days.  Our high-end slowed down in August but still did fairly well.

Looks like the million dollar + home market, in Chino, is healthy.

Average days on market is 24.

In Mammoth, the days on market for million + homes is much higher.

Hi Gita, hopefully the people who are in need of tis info will definitely find it.

Bryan the high end market is definitely a different animal and one should not expect it to sell quite as quickly as your entry level or average move up homes. While the high end segnment has slowed down a bit, there are definitely hgh end buyers out there. Thanks for reading the post.

Great question Yvonne! I specifically focused on the month of August for this report, however, there are other homes that have been on the market before August. There are a total of 20 active homes at $1,000,000 and up. The average days on the market for all active million dollar homes is 59 days.
