The NAR "At Home With Diversity" course is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. The class teaches REALTORS how to work effectively with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market by adding diversity to your toolbox to make more money and grow your business. Although 1 hour of Fair Housing is included, AHWD is much more than a fair housing and agency course. Instructor Eric Kodner addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development in a full-day NAR certification course.

Course fee is $99 for non-CRS Minnesota chapter members and $54 for Minnesota CRS Chapter members.
