Robert - Those are some great photos! I would think this beauty would sell really quick, especially at the reduced price.

Robert, It really is beautiful. That home here would easily be well over a million dollars.

Carole, that home here in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, was listed at $1,850,000 a little over a year ago. The client listed a little too late, too high. He's been behind the curve ever since....

I have such fond memories of when I was growing up and fishing off a dock very like the one pictured here. It looks like a wonderful place to grow up! Someone will truly love this house.

Shellee, it is a good house and a happy house. I know the builder-owner very well. My wife and I have spent many happy moments at this home with our friends.
