Connecticut Fall Foliage Season

Discover the beautiful colors of autumn as we get ready to enter the fall foliage season in Connecticut.  The levels of the bursts of colors spread from one end of the state to another.  The peak in some areas will vary depending on what the weather conditions are over the next few weeks.

Connectiuct Fall Foliage SeasonThe Connecticut fall foliage season begins in mid to late September through mid to late October.  The peak period is estimated to be between October 11th and November 13th.

See autumn in all its splendor by visiting the following state parks and forests where you can view some of the best scenic areas in Connecticut.  These state parks and forests provide viewing towers or lookouts to some of the most spectacular fall foliage views.

Don't forget to plan to make time to for hiking through some areas by foot so you can truly get the most out your foliage viewing experience.
