Hi Jim, Rio del Oro looks like another sought after condo community with its list of amenities and prices. Anyone looking in Mission Valley San Diego should be calling you when buying or selling!
That looks like a good choice for folks wanting to spend winters in San Diego - I'd much rather live in one of these, in the heart of the activity, than an RV. The prices seem pretty reasonable too.

Tony — You can't really tell because there is no way to know if someone is NOT buying a condo because of the lack of FHA approval. We just have to work with the way things are.
