Reverse Mortgage Purchase?  Jack Tenold will answer Spokane's Real Estate Agents' Questions at a seminar Wednesday.

I frequently hear from Spokane's Real Estate professionals  that they don't understand or they may have questions about how a home can be purchased with a reverse mortgage.  You may call me anytime, of course, but I'm giving a seminar this Wednesday (Sept 14th at 1 PM at the Moran Prairie Library (6004 S Regal) and you are invited to stop by.

Get your questions answered and then YOU can comfortably suggest to clients another choice for financing.  Seniors are shopping for homes that are the right fit for retirement living. They can get a LOT more home for a LOT less cash out of pocket. TOGETHER we can help them get the right loan and the right home! Absolutely a WIN-WIN!

I think there has been a huge lack of credible information about reverse mortgages. Many people are not aware that the RM is an FHA loan at a good interest rate that can allow a person to buy much more home than he might otherwise qualify for. Agents should be aware that a person selling a $150,000 home can take the proceeds and buy a considerably higher-priced home to meet his or her needs.
