Due to economic conditions, Panorama Tower III Las Vegas Luxury High Rise condos, had been a victim of many pre-construction purchaser cancellations resulting from the lack of financing, and the decline in high rise prices all over Vegas, especially in the sister Towers, Panorama 1 & 2. ISTAR Financial, the construction lender, became actively involved in with the sales, and eventually foreclosured upon the developer.
