14 Comments on Best Business Practices - General Contractor Uses Videos To Get Apartment Complex Jobs
Tom - that is very cool. It's nice how things work out like that. I will need to check out your post on how to add a video to Craigslist. At some point, I may try out CL again.
Tom,
Great post. So tell me what program do you use for editing? Thanks Tom
Tom, I am bookmarking this post so I can come back tonight and watch how you added those videos on Craig's list. It's certainly promoted you and Cameron Oaks Apartments.
Thanks Debbie, I think you will like the CL idea with one of those videos that you have.
Thanks Tom. Well I have used many different video editors in the past, I love using Sony Vegas Pro. When I got my HD camera, no one explained the need for a HD editor, so I had to make some changes.
It is worth taking a look at Jerry. Pretty easy to do but the results are great. It will set your ad apart from others in CL.
Great post Tom, looks like I will learn a lot about blogging from working with you in the Masterminds group! I look forward to us winning a lot of the contests within that group!
I'm looking forward to that opportunity to learn Brian, just waiting for that next call to action. Sounds like you certainly have the spirit of competition!
I can't believe that this is a first experiment test, it is that good! It is no wonder the manager wanted it. Nice marketing on your part. Big question: how did you get your picture on the cover of Vogue? Now that is funny!
Thanks Sandy, it turned out pretty good for a new guy.
Vogue? You don't think that I qualify for the Vogue world? Just Kidding. There is a web site called Photofunia that makes this easy to do.
Tom, like Jerry said in comment #3, I am going to bookmark this to come back to and watch the videos! :)
Leilani
I appreciate your feedback Leilani. Hope it helps in some way.
Hi Tom, very cool ideas on how to use video to promote your community and in a way yourself, suggested...thanks.
I appreciate the comment John. I think the value of video is growing. If we can help others with the use of video, maybe we can help ourselves.
