Positive Affirmations: Gratitude
It’s Monday and a new week is upon us. With all the many things going on our lives sometimes it is hard to stay focused. However if we set the intention at the beginning of the week to stay positive and think about all the good things that are happening it can change the entire dynamic of the week. Staying in a place of gratitude puts us into a space of energy where the anxieties of life seem to fall away.
Start every day listing what you are grateful for. You can say these aloud while you are driving in the car to your next appt or in your head while you get ready in the morning. You will be amazed at how you feel after a 5 minute I AM GRATEFUL rampage.
