Lisa, I once had a listing for vacant land without property lines being marked. As a matter of fact, the streets were platted but not cleared or plowed. I wondered how I'd get through the woods to put the sign on the right parcel, then laughed at myself. If I couldn't drive to it there wouldn't be anybody driving by it to see my sign. The other 3 parcels this seller listed with me were on driveable streets.
I have two with the same seller, one on a paved street one that is on a road like you described. Both have nice views thought. The one that is not on the paved road is close to paved roads. We all know with a little vision great things can happen.
