Asbury Partners, the city’s waterfront developer, has bought the unfinished Esperanza high-rise site from Capital One Bank, which had foreclosed on the project, a company official said Friday.

See what this will do for the Jersey's Shore up and coming waterfront of Asbury Park. Prices are low here because we are in a redevelopment phase but as progress is made, this stretch of beach will be untouchable. I have a friend that lives in Asbury Park that keeps on telling me how much the place has changed!  I usually go to LBI, but will have to make a trip to Asbury and check it out.  The shore at New Jersey is one of the best places to live or vacation at!  I have to keep selling so that I can buy my home down there! :)
