Looking at the chart above home sales were evenly represented all over town even though August was one of the hottest months on record. Daily temperatures remained well over 100 degrees. The top selling neighborhoods all tied in number with 4 sales each for 4 neighborhoods. The overall average home sales price was $287,710.
