So how is your day going? You know it never rains it pours - so I started my day with deadlines,demands from every direction, 2 contract negotiations that have been going on for a week, a new luxury buyer who is eager to buy but won't accept our market has changed, and my phone has not stopped ringing - I should be thankful to be that busy, but by 12N I felt the stress coming on and still too many hours left in the day - food won't do it, a drink (that's too early), a call to a good friend would just take too long. Yess!! My gallery - I stared at these two photos for five minutes and I felt totally relaxed and energized- if I can make it today, I can be at the beach tomorrow..

So how is your day going?

Thankfully we specialize in beachfront, waterfront and all properties within walking or biking distance to our pristine beaches - So I know, I'll be at the beach tomorrow.
