Swimming pools and hot tubs are also important. Especially when you are living in the desert. Nice landscaping will add to a home's value but be careful not to go over the top on this item. Decks and patios allow home owners to enjoy the outdoors. Fireplaces are a comfortable and cozy bonus and for some people they are an absolute must have. The favorite location will be the family room, where most home owners feel they can relax and really enjoy being at home.
