This weekend in Texas experience Fiestas Patrias on September 17th and 18th, 2011 at the Traders Village. Mexican Americans will celebrate the Mexican national holiday referred to as fiestas patrias, also called Diez y Seis de Septiembre. They began celebrating fiestas patrias to reinforce their cultural links with each other and with Mexico. This includes festivities that involved special live music, songs, dances, native cuisine, costumes, homage to folk heroes, and fun for the whole family.

From Downtown take I35 South 10 miles to Loop 410 take a right heading west and exit Old Pearsall Rd. u-turn under overpass and the market is on your right.
From Seaworld travel east on TX-151 2.3 miles and turn right on Loop 410 heading east 8 miles and exit Old Pearsall Rd. Stay on frontage road until you reach Traders Village on your right.
From I-10 east turn left heading south on Loop 410 and exit Old Pearsall Rd. u-turn under overpass and the market is on your right.
