Prices Crisis Panel Discussion Is A Hit in Chino Hills, CA

If you were anywhere near Chino Hills, CA today and did not get a chance to come to The Real Estate "Prices Crisis" Event facilitated by M.J Porchas with Keller Williams Chino Hills Market Center then you really missed something. There were well over 150 people in attendance and there wasn't an empty seat in the house.

The Real Estate community of Chino Hills came together in this discussion forum to hear what is working out there with real estate agents from all over such as, Andy Clark with Keller Williams, Jeanette Young with Century 21 and Marion Proffitt with ERA. Each of these top producers gave great insight as to what is helping them get properties sold in this market. It really is about pricing and communicating with our sellers. They told us the various strategies and techniques they are employing to get the job done effectively.

Bruce Norris with The Norris Group provided us with an analysis of the market over the last decade and statistics on where the market has been and where it is headed. Lastly, city officials from both the City of Chino and the City of Chino Hills delivered invaluable information on the Economic Development of both cities. There are fantastic things on the horizon for the City of Chino Hills.

The networking time and camaraderie was phenomenal amongst our local Chino Hills agents as we came together to help one another. In addition to helping one another, the United Way came out and we collectively raised $900.00 for our local fire victims. Way to pitch in together!

Hi Keisha,

It definitely sounds and looks like you had quite the dynamic group!

In your post you said, "It really is about pricing and communicating with our sellers."

I have to say that communication, effective communication, is what will make or break you in this business. There are so many players involved in a purchase transaction...you have to be able to communicate with one another and share each others perspective...disagreeing at times without being disagreeable. Communicating with one another in a cohesive effort to get the job done.

Master that art, the art communication, and the sky is literally the limit!

Wishing you the best!
