Wahiawa & Whitmore Village - Real Estate Sales Activity for September 2007

Single Family homes sales in Wahiawa/ Whitmore have shown increases. Average sales prices of single family homes are slightly up year to date from 2006 levels. Sales volume is slightly down year to date. Current inventory levels have gone down in the last couple of months making it a more balanced market for both buyers and sellers.

Condo and townhouse sales in Wahiawa/ Whitmore are another story. Average sales prices have shown a slight drop from 2006 during the same time period. Inventory levels are fairly low, as long as interest rates remain low it will continue to be a nice balanced market for both buyers and sellers.

The below figures include both fee simple and leasehold properties. These are only the totals and averages.

Wow, I guess I have a lot to learn on the "blogging scene"! Your blog is VERY informative, and specialized. I like it. Yeah, even in slower times, Vegas has good growth. I really love it here.

Interesting stats. SFR sure took a hit in September...is there a reason or was it just a fluke?

Diane - The numbers are so small that there is fluctuations from month to month.
