Is my Mission Valley condo I think it's amazing that, in a County that has about 225,000 active-duty miliary personnel and who knows how many retired military, there are condominium communities that are not VA approved. Jim, That is great information especially in a market like yours that has so many buyers that qualify for VA loans! Good stuff!
Jim, this is absolutely a stellar post for San Diego military persons looking for a condo in the Mission Valley area. You have taken the guess work out of a condo search and made it so simple. Here, we also have many condos that are not VA-approved and we also have a large military presence.
