I just came across this post by Rebekah about Jing. It sounds like a great tool for real estate. I have reblogged it so that others can also benefit from it.

Jing is a great piece of software that allows you to share anything on your screen by capturing images and videos. Once you download Jing you can share your capture by email or IM, upload it online or paste your capture in your website or blog.

Think of how you can boost your productivity by using technology to walk clients through presentations, an explanation of documents or show your out of state clients their listings all over the web!

Get Started with Jing!

  1. Go to jingproject.com and download the free version.
  2. Launch Jing and enter a valid email, username and password. This will allow you to upload directly to screencast.com.
  3. Start capturing images or video on your screen!

I use a software that is similar to this called Snagit but I have never done anything with videos on it.  Hmmm I might have to throw mine to the side and try Jing.  Thanks for the tip.
