Phoenix AZ - Moon Valley Grasshopper Bridge 5k Run Sept 24, 2011
Lace up your running shoes and get ready to run in the Moon Valley 5K run/walk or 1K Fun Run! It'll be fun 
for the whole family. The race starts at 7AM sharp. Everyone will be starting at 3rd Ave and W Betty Elyse and you'll be winding through the Moon Valley residential area, park and traversing under and over the famous Grasshopper Bridge. Finish Line is at the Moon Valley Park. be sure to sitck around for the finish party at the park!
Parking will be at St Paul's Church, The Church of Latter Day Saints, Lookout Mountain Elementary School or Mountain Sky Junior High.

Rain or Shine the Grasshopper Bridge Race will be happening!
Registration can be picked up at the Strapped Jock on Sept 23th (602-547-0699) 3522 W Calavar Rd or at Grasshopper Bridge Run Website . The day of the race you can pick up the package at St Paul's Church parking lot starting at 5:45am. Cost is $25.00 for the 5K Run/Walk and $20.00 for the 1K Fun Run.
There will be lots of fun prizes awarded to the top three runners/walkers in mulitple categories plus you'll go home with a great Tshirt designed by Moon Valley resident Frank Ybarra. Awards are designed by Fast Frame @ 7th Street & Thunderbird.
