Kathy, this looks like a great home. But... in no other part of the country could I see a home selling for $189,000 be referred to as a "starter home." Wow.

Karen....Yes I know it is California and even now, I guess, pricing is so different here in the Bay Area. For me it was the opposite...I was shocked to see something under $200,000. THANKS for keeping my "reality" in check!!
