THAT is a hard job -- and you do it WELL! 'Nuff said! :)
Mark * Of my last 5 homes that the owners were leaving for their FIRST tenants, 4 had move-ins within the week and the 5th had to stay in a hotel for a few days so the tenants could move in. GOOD rental homes, priced RIGHT and marketed WELL will RENT.

There are great opportunities for investors especially when they have the right property and team to make it happen. Smart investors!
We have many move-outs and move-ins that are literally on top of each other. The good news is we have phenominal vendors that can help us pull this off - like painting the night they move out, cleaners that will come as scheduled and we do turnkey with major work done in 24 to 72 hours.

Having a good property manager in your back pocket as a real estate agent is critical. Sounds like you are the go to PM in Benicia, Vallejo and Solano County.
