Rich, Looks like a great listing. Best of luck finding the right buyer. It's beautiful in Nova Scotia today (a little cool but, sunny and bright). Tropical Storm Maria brought us some heavy rain and winds last night. It has now been upgraded to a level 1 hurricane and is set to pummel the Avalon Penninsula in Newfoundland. It's unusual for storms to be upgraded as they move north. Hope all is well in your neighbourhood.
